What can we share in live-streamed services and events?

• In any live-stream or recorded situation, you can share openly about their family and prayer requests.

• They prefer you not use their family name, if possible.

• Avoid evangelism language, for example:

  • Don't say "come hear about how they are leading people to Jesus"

  • Do say, "come hear about how their work supports the work of the Church of the Nazarene throughout the Middle East and Western Europe."

What can we share in unstreamed services and events?

• In unstreamed or unrecorded situations, you can share openly about their family and ministry.

What can we share on Facebook and other social media?

In short, do not share anything on any social media. The only exception to this is:

1. Follow them on Facebook and repost anything that they post. They're Facebook page can be found at https://www.facebook.com/kristin.burchfiel
   

2. Contact the family directly and ask for a social media safe post for a particular need you might have.

What can we share on our church website, email, and printed resources?

Watch the video, read the PDF flyer, subscribe to their newsletter, and pay attention to what is shared on the Intermountain NMI website and other distrcict resources. Anything shared there is safe to be shared on your church website, by email, or in print. Do not anything on social media except as directed above.

Do not share any additional information about their location and ministry beyond what you see in the resources listed here.
